At 10 am CT, Pryor will honor the life and legacy of Judge Howard by providing remarks at a courthouse dedication ceremony. Pryor shepherded legislation through the Senate to designate the Pine Bluff federal building and courthouse after the late U.S. District Court Judge George Howard, Jr. Senator Lincoln, Congressman Ross and the Howard family will also be in attendance.
